Kat and Starr were great. The service was fast and worked well with my schedule. The technicians were professional, friendly, and treated my truck with care. Additionally, the store was clean and nicely furnished.

The two ladies I spoke to for changing my tires in different span times were super helpful, and nice. They each gave me a discount which helped me financially. I also got explained the services provided, and discounts I can get with them. Definitely thinking about it, and will be going back for further services needed on my car!

I was in for some air in one of my tires and Starr helped me out, appreciated her in helping me out. Since I was in, I asked about having my car serviced and she was able to help me in that regard too. The next morning I came in for the oil change and Jettson helped me out in taking care of the service. Overall the team is very friendly and the services are handled in a timely manner. This will be my go-to spot from now on. Thank you!

I came into Firestone right at opening after getting a flat tire and finding out I needed all four tires replaced. It wasn't exactly how I wanted to start my day, but Jettson at the front desk made the experience so much better. He checked on me while I was waiting, made sure I was okay, kept me updated on my car, and was genuinely kind and personable. What really stood out was that he treated every customer who walked through the door with the same patience, friendliness, and respect. It's clear he cares about people, and that kind of customer service is becoming harder to find. Thank you, Jettson, for making a stressful morning a much better experience. My whole experience with Firestone was great! The associate Starr was so beyond helpful! She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and upbeat. I appreciated her taking the time to explain the different services and upgrades I could get such as the lifetime tire rotation. I felt very satisfied in trusting them with my vehicle and I will continue to chose them for my future car needs.
